Terms and conditions

1. International Conference Aspects of Neuroscience is open for all interested in neuroscience.
2. It is possible to attend the Conference as passive or active participant presenting a poster or giving a speech in seminar session.
3. The abstract submission deadline for active participants is 15th October (the subject may be changed). It is advised to submit the abstracts well in advance.
4. Registration as passive participant deadline is 10th November (the subject may be changed).
5. Registration on site at the conference is possible; however the final decision about the eligibility is made by the Organizing Committee.
6. Acceptance of the abstract of poster or presentation (speech) is decided by the Organizing Committee and Scientific Committee. Their decision is final. The decision about acceptance will be sent via email within two weeks after deadline.
7. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the plenary session chosen by participant in which poster/presentation is presented, if necessary.

Registration rules
8. Considering the registration, all rules and information available on the website are valid. Careful looking into given points is recommended.
9. Each participant is allowed to present only one poster (as a first author) and/or give only one speech. However, it is possible for a participant to both present a poster and give a speech.
10. Only active participants are eligible to receive certificate of attendance for presenting a poster or giving a speech. Co­authors are not eligible, unless they are registered as active participants.
11. Confirmation of attendance (passive or active) will be issued after the event and send as validated pdf file via email.

Fees and payments
12. Early registration fee is 100 zł (25euro) till 15th October. Late registration fee is 120 zł (30euro) till 10th November. Late fee apply for all the participants who registered after 10st Nov without regard for type of participation (active or passive).
13. On site registration fee is 120 zł (30euro). It can be paid only by cash.
14. The conference fee includes: conference package, lunch and coffee breaks, city tour on Friday and integration meeting on Saturday.
15. In case an invoice is needed, invoice data must be filled in the registration form before payment. After payment without giving invoice data, getting an invoice is not possible.
16. In case cancelling the participation, refunds are not possible.
17. However, it is possible to appoint co­author as presenting­first author without extra charge. Substitution must be reported to the Organizing Committee not later than 24 hours prior to event. Poster
18. Maximum size of printed poster is A0. It is possibile to present a multimedia poster, but the organizers cannot provide any displayer.
19. After the poster session participants are obliged to take off their posters. Otherwise they will be discared by the Organizing Committee. 

20. For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers by email to prior to the event.
21. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings. All registrated participants thereby agree on all presented terms.
